Digital Products, such as, but not limited to downloadable files, non-tangible irrevocable products, digital applications purchased from our Site are not eligiable for a refund. We do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent and/or electronically delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our Site.
Digital Products, in the form of Compact Disks (CD), Digital Video Disks (DVD) or ANY other format digital media can be distributed, purchased from the Site must be returned in "Original Unopened Condition". If original packaging is opened, you own it!
Returns

We recommend using a trackable mailing/shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable!
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
